This project was completed by Matt Orender, Director of Construction, before joining ECS. Outlets of Little Rock is a distinctive shopping destination in Little Rock, Arkansas. Featuring some of the top brand names, this 325,000-square-foot retail outlet center includes approximately 75 stores.  Its dramatic lighting and sidewalk amenities accentuate the pedestrian shopping experience.
