The Stonebriar Natuzzi Mall project is a 5,000 sq. ft. ground up retail store. Enformed Construction completed the entire site work package and constructed the buildings shell including the exterior finishes. ECS worked with the owner and other retail stores surrounding this location to complete the project on time and without any disturbance to the heavy commercial business in this area. We completed this project without any safety incidents. The scope of work for this project included earthwork, site utilities, concrete, striping, drilled piers, landscape, irrigation, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, f ire alarm, mechanical, custom awnings, drywall, framing, painting, EIFS, storefront, doors, metal siding, structural steel fabrication and erection, masonry, waterproofing, and roofing.
